All watches are covered by a one (1) year warranty against any factory defect

The watch must be in its original packaging , unopened and unworn or a refund will not be issued
Client must provide photo of unopened watch as part of the refund request
Refund applies only to damaged goods or if the product sent was not the product ordered

Client is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back for a refund
Once received, inspected and approved a full refund will be issued within 10 business days
